Illinois Regiment.  Proceedings of a court-martial held by order of the commander in chief for trial of Capt. John Williams of the Illinois Battalion, Captain Linn of the Kentucky militia, and Patrick McGlosky.  Captain Linn was charged with having raised a riot, July 22, and Captain Williams was arrested for not having suppressed the riot; the latter was adjudged not guilty, and the former was discharged; McGlosky was found guilty of having spoken disrespectfully of the states of America and the American arms, and of having said that he was a Tory.  Signed by John Montgomery, President, and Colonel Clark.  D.S. 4pp. July 24, 1779.
